hi guys. can anyone give me a schematic diagram of a 555 circuit with potentiometer (adjust the pulse speed ) and its components and its values.Thanks in advance

Thanks..but the circuit you show to me is not the simplest. For now i just got
a diagram and i have tested it on breadboard and its ok. I can adjust the speed of pulse.anyway thanks

I appreciate your reply guys thanks. Anyway can a 555 ckt. signal can trigger a TRIAC? or a reley/SSR? or what other switch can it trigger. Thanks in advance

the triac yes, the relay you will need maybe a driver. It could sink up to 200mA so have this in mind.
