2SC4054 BJT Transistor Failed Need a Replacement

Papifix

I have an SMPS using a 2sc4054 BJT transistor that failed, since that transistor is no longer available I would like to replace it with a Mosfet. What Mosfet should I use and what other modification should be made to the circuit so the Mosfet receives the right gate voltage ?
I have attached the supply circuit !

1) You should start a new post.
2) You need to replace the transistor with a very close replacement transistor. Changing to a MOSFET will not work.
