Help with identifying a transistor

Hello everyone,

I need help with identifying a transistor. I short circuited the gliding door mechanism while installing it, and the transistor broke down.

I was hoping to see what was written on it once i removed it, but unfortunately not much is visible on it. Do you know what transistor i could use to get this replaced/fixed?

It's a triac not a transistor, the (bit you can read) label says BTA??-600.

The full number could be BTA06-600 (6A triac) or BTA16-600 (16A triac).

A BTA16-600 would work for either anyway.
