I need 100 A and 200V Schottky diodes. Can any one help me with this? Also, I would be needing spice model of it.

That is a hard part to find.
APT100S20BG from Microsemi Corporation.
I could not find a data sheet.

Most SPICE programs don't seem to care of you over voltage or over current a part. (no smoke) Maybe you can find a 100V 50A SPICE model and use it.

No smoke, but the diode starts conducting in reverse (at least in LTspice) which will screw up the results.

Hi

You can try this one.
