i don't have sir. but my teacher gave me (3) 7 segment display Anode, 74LS192, 74LS274 and LM555. this materials can make my finished, but i cant make a connection its hard for me now. if i have a circuit i can make it. Can you make me a circuit diagram for me sir?
If you look at and follow the link that was provided it is exactly what you want. Check out the final drawings in that link. It looks to be the exact same assignment you seem to have. Right down to the chips used. It doesn't get any easier rthan that.

The LED's are Common Anode, the74LS274 outputs are open collector and they pulled low when active, so the LED cathodes are connected to these outputs via a suitable resistor.
The 74LSxxx series of ic has a specified minimum voltage of 4.75V, so the 4.5V batter may not be suitable.
