recordin dvd to cd
i havent tried this yet but you record to a music cd in stereo maybe the video can be transfered to audio and recorded to eather the left or right which ever is opposite of the sound then using the outputs from a portable cd player splicing the audio side into 2 outputs will...
stop watch
well sounds like a bit of work to make the circuit if thats all you want it for. I would take apart a cheap stop watch and sodder conections to the display inputs and record whats hot when certain numbers are displayed use this out put to run any circuit that would be subsiqeunt to it.
bypass
well I assume you would use a series of transisters each one trigering the next with a delay circuite between them. I would just set up bypasses between the curcuits. For example led 1 is lit by transistor 1 sending electricity to the capacitor delaying the trigger of the next...

get a small pump use hydrolics small hydrolics arn't to exspensive push and pull a solid rod to creat your move ment if the duty you ar doing is light use compresed air.

had a 2200 watt amp
it didnt produce that much sound powering 2 12 inch rockfords in a sealed box didn't sound much louder than my 2 15s of an offbrand and a 200 watt amp except it had a harder hit

You can get universal converters with adjustable voltage for cd players radar detectors exc. They plug right into the lighter in a car, do a little splicing, positive to positive negative to negative make sure of this.
