Traffic Light HELP

Hi guys, i am currently doing digital electronics at university and need some help with the timing of a circuit.

the truth table is as follows:

0 0 0 1 0 0
0 0 1 1 0 0
0 1 0 1 1 0
0 1 1 0 0 1
1 0 0 0 0 1
1 0 1 0 0 1
1 1 0 0 0 1
1 1 1 0 1 0

red is on for 15 seconds
yellow in on for 10 seconds
green is on for 20 seconds

i have attached the circuit to this thread. please can someone tell me how to make the circuit run according to the truth table above. thanks

The circuit that you showed has a truth table of

hey can you put the project file please? I guess your project is in Logisim? please put the program file to oen with logisim
