we are doing on this topic .but the problem is on control circuit. we didnt get any appropriate circuit for charging the mobile from wind.we used the circuit which i have attached.but charging is not possible.can you give the additional components which we have to use.or any simple circuit.plz help us it is very urgent.

But what happens when that one dies
Doesn't say where he's from. There could be a good reason behind the need for a plug-free charger.

Don't cell phones have built in charge regulators, all what you need to do is apply the right voltage?

**broken link removed**

what should we do for making the output of wind driven generator constant voltage and constant current.if high speed wind is blowing will it cause our battery burned out.so should we place a high resistor,by a relay or mosfet.if yes, what should be its ratings.

we are now getting 17V from th output terminals of generator.and at the o/p of regulator ic around 6V,500mA.but with the change in speed this value is changing.so what should be there to make the mobile battery charging smoother.
plz help us...

11V drop at 500ma? You sure your not building a heater? You could put some big capacitors after the regulator to smooth out the voltage.
