Where to buy a Quick 861DW in Canada?

Hi all I almost got a Quick 861DW BUT where I bought it I had to be a certified tech and needed me to send a photocopy of my credit card + a photo ID. So I canceled it because they were asking for too much "sensetive" information. SO is there a place in Canada to buy this Quick 861DW or need to get it from China? ANY recommendation IS welcomed BUT I don't want anything else than the Quick 861DW like those cheep $99 kinds.
