The KBWM-120 is aimed at 90v motors up to 1/3hp.
Not a suitable choice for that motor, there are many triac versions offered on ebay that can be be used with a bridge, even better, PWM versions, you need a low voltage supply, however for that motor.
Max.
You would need a 24vdc supply of some kind, a 120v to 24vdc transformer and a suitable bridge rectifier.
There are a few versions of drive capable of driving that motor.
Max..
Ok so I baought a 24v switching power supply 25Amps and a speed controller with a potentiometer a d start stop button. How would I wire this to run a wheelchair motor?
The hook up should be intuitive as all devices should be marked with the specific terminations.
120v AC supply in to the P.S.
24vdc output to the PWM controller and PWM out put to the 2 leads of the motor.
Max.
So this power supply goes from 3v to 60v ,there is 3 positive and 3 neg terminals . How does this ps know to operate at the voltage the motor is wound for?
