what these parts do?

The schematics i attached here has two Mosfets connected to Mcu. My question is what exactly they do in this circuit. Second question is about their replacement, can i replace them with some common p-ch mosfets. Parts package may not be an issue for me. Thank you

One mosfet selects R29 or R30 as the pullup resistor; the other controls power on/off to that LM311 pin with 5V.
 
So basically these are used for switching here. That means these can be replaced with other common P-ch types.BS250 is not easy to find, P-ch mosfet are not very commonly used,are often more costly as compared to n-ch mosfets.
