What servo motor to use...

Hello. I'm an HS student and I'm working on an Arduino Uno project regarding opening/closing a deadbolt lock. what servo motor that is powerful enough to turn the deadbolt 90degrees should I use? Also, if anyone can program a face recognition app that can run on android that can send inputs to the Arduino Uno can also help me with my project.

You first have to calculate or find out the physical demands required to operate the deadbolt.
Use spring scale etc is one way.
Photo of the bolt mechanism would help!
