What camera to use?

I need a good resolution camera for my project that is similar to a project at

It means I need a camera that will show
a pitch alignment of FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit )against LCD.
The pitch can be as small as 0.2mm.
Can anyone advice what kind of camera can work?
What parameters should a such camera have?

Most digital cameras with macro will do that if you can connect it to a TV and not automatically shut off.
