There are numerous websites where you can download pgms. that will work with your audio card's mic circuit. Some offer variable pitch rate so you can sound as feminine as you wish. You don't plan on wearing ladies undergarments and clothing while you're at it, do you? Or have you gone beyond that and underwent hormone therapy and transgender surgery?
