Unknown electronic part I found

it looks like it could be some kind of wireless/radio hardware (what appears to be an antenna connector on top right corner, plus a sticker marked "RX"). a search of the ASR-MCT8LF-2A number brings up links to Cisco router model numbers, but even those numbers are not close enough in format to point to it being a Cisco router. it has four status LEDs (between P8 and the antenna connector). the board looks like it took some damage, at least to P8, the pin header at the bottom and P10
 
Assuming the unc is correct, and I think he is then this is a specialized piece of kit, and those with funds to buy such equipment usually only want new stuff with tickets & warranty's, so might not be worth a great deal.
