UC3902 Load share controller

Hi,
When this is used (UC3902), how does the master "know" its the master? Or does it not need to know?

Whichever happens to be providing the highest current at the time, in other words.

Any supplies giving less than an equal proportion of the total load have their output voltage increased until there is no disparity.

As they increase their share, the load on the original "master" decreases.
