trying to fix a linksys wrk54g wireless router with low/no power

Interesting thread! I have a Netgear wireless router/modem that just died overnight after years of constant running. No leds, but power supply is good. I didn't throw it away in case it can be repaired and kept as a spare. Perhaps I should try the hot air gun method? I did test any smd fuses I could see but they all buzzed out ok. That's as far as I got.
