Transistor

Hi,

My self Viral and I m from India,actually I m an electronics engineer and having business of PCB repairing, I have one card came for repairing ,I already found what the problem is,there is one component like transistor,Motorola R7D C1000 in SOT223 package, if some one know about this please let me know from where I can get this? or what is the equivalent?

pls help!!!

What's the device that the pcb belongs to?

Maybe it's easier to get the whole service manual instead. A search on the net for "R7D C1000" didn't returned any reasonable hits.

Sometimes similar markings point to similar devices.... "R7p" comes back as NXP BFR106 which is a SOT23 wideband BJT.

Hi,

This PCB is named MOTHERBOARD for a winding machine Autoconor 338 from Zinser.

I checked NXP BFR 106,but my requirement is SOT 223 package.
