Transfer Function of Wein Bridge Oscillator

Hi guys,

I've been doing some research on Wein Bridge Oscillators and i have been given a transfer function in the following form.

Output/Input = ks / as^2 + bs + c

but how can i derive to this conclusion from the basic circuit equations?
