Tone Decoder

I am wanting to implement the LM567 tone decoder chip but can really find what the output of the chip is? I am wanting to tune the chip to 40 kHz. What will be the output of the chip when it receives a 40 kHz signal??

When the PLL locked, the logic output (pin8) goes down.
