Can someone please provide or help with a timer circuit?

I would like to trigger the circuit with a NO momentary pushbutton switch and once the button is pushed and then released the timer will delay for a set time, maybe 4 or 5 seconds, then output a single pulse of maybe 1 second in duration then reset itself until triggered by the switch again.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Here is My Timer that will go on as soon as the button is pushed. It will stay on for the set time. When the button is pushed durring the time cycle it will start over timing . To Change the Timing period Replace the 33k resistor with a Varible Resistor or Replace the Capacitor with different values to get the desired timing.
Use this to turn on a one shot timer and you have your circuit.
The circuit will work from 6vdc to 14vdc.
