Mate as a favour I've searched the net and basically only a smd is available . I must say with your boards progressing why aren't you using smd chips ?. I'm not a guru at smd but my first attempt was successfull so the fear of smd has gone for me. I'm sure you can handle smd if in doubt just checkout some of the sparkfun tutorials and you'll be doing it in no time.
I don't mind soldering SMD ICs, but it can be daunting as a kit for some. I'll probably use the BS250 (230ma) but that's about right for a USB project.
