Does not seem to be a product matching your numbers, are you sure you got them right?
 
It appears to be TI chip as it was indicated in one PCN copy attached. However datasheet could not be searched. May be special item not for civilian applications.

(it was indicated on page 5 first column almost 6th or 7th from bottom) I only wonder why the OP would research with such odd chip.
