I try searching on Texas's website, but I didn't find this datasheet

It appears to be TI chip as it was indicated in one PCN copy attached. However datasheet could not be searched. May be special item not for civilian applications.

(it was indicated on page 5 first column almost 6th or 7th from bottom) I only wonder why the OP would research with such odd chip.
