I have my doubts that it works both are in purfiers from a few years ago.. the one that is microprocessor controlled has a 16 VAC ion generator where the manual controlled is 120V.

Anyways besides testing the input leads what other testing can I do? And what does COLL mean? Is that Collector?

I was curious about COLL myself, so I wrote Fu Fong. Here is its reply:

The data sheet is attached for your reference.

The "COLL" should be the wrong typing, and the correct typing should be "CELL".

From the point of view of HV power supply, this wire is used to connect to the ground.

The ground could be the real earth, or the collect cell of the ESP.

In other words, it has been misspelled on many, many devices made by Fu Fong. I have also attached the supplied datasheet.
