Tesla coil progress

Would the partial laser and Uv emissions be the cause of the black lines scrolling down the screen after a recording?
No, that's just the rolling shutter effect. If you can, increase your shutter speed and it should improve it.

Hey all, sorry I haven’t posted anything for a while I’ve been kind of taking a break from building and focusing on other activities as well as my new job.

I know I said I had something to show you, but I’m waiting for the video to be fully edited and put on YouTube which has taken longer than I thought.

Anyway as with the dual MOT Tesla coil, it’s practically done except for wiring the primary to the capacitor bank and all that.
Here is a few picture of the control box which is FINALLY done.

Hey, looks pretty good. Material such as an edge protector, e.g. https://www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=41572

Although electronics places have something similar. They call it continuous grommet and it;s cheaper. it's designed to ptotect the edges of sheet metal. It might make things "look better". e.g. https://www.newark.com/pro-power/ed-024/edging-grommet-2-4mm-10m/dp/51R6513

I have no idea of the thickness of your panel.

Your duplex outlets could use a plastic plate.

The two screws in line with the breaker would look better as rivets. I'm partial to the look of Torx screws. Flat head Torx can look really nice.
Breaker could have gotten a smaller hole.

The controls look all over the map, yet they are not labeled yet.
