TDA2050 Amp Questions

i will not connect ground to heat sink and anywhere to cabinet.i will made a ground hub on stripboard.

It is better if the heat sink is grounded or at OV.

No nothing dangerous. But the heat sink, if not connected to OV of PSU it will tend to radiate and may cause unwanted coupling of signals- it is unlikely though, just good practice to connect to OV
