taylor series expansion question

I need to find out the taylor series expansion of f(x,y) = x^3+y^3+3x^2-3y^2-8 to the second degree term. I get the following; -8 +9(x-1)+6(x-1)^2+3(y-2)^2. I have the answer its the same but without the -8 and i'm just wondering if i have the right answer or the answer i was given is wrong.

Hello,

Is this about f(0,0) or some other point?
