SONY tv blinking red light

my sony crt tv (21 inch) works fine but shows red light on the panel after two minutes when switched on.initially it shows green light on switching on but later changes to red.




the pattern is that it blinks for five seconds and stops for next five secs and repeats blinking again

modek no. is KV-HP21M83 purchased from india

If you told us what the model was, I could look up what that error code means (assuming it's listed in Europe).
