Smartphone sensors datasheets

Do you know any sites containing datasheets for smartphones? How to get them. I mean repairing service companies have to get them somehow. But I cannot find anything.
I'm interested in sensors datasheets- fingerprint sensors especially, but I can't even identify them(can't find their names).

So do you know any sites that maybe list sensors names for smartphones? Or for those cheap fingerprint sensors placed in phones?

Of course there are many sensors for 50+$. I mean those sensores used in smartphones which can cost like 5$ on aliexpress.
