Simulation with PCM NRZ

I'm trying to simulate this PCM transmitter circuit on Proteus found on this site:
http://avtvtech.com/adc/timing.htm

Somehow the simulation results I got aren't the same as displayed on the site. Can anyone help in this? I've attached a copy of my Proteus circuit here. Any help is appreciated.
