Simple project-Wheel of fortune buzzer

Hi all

just wondering if anyone could draw up a schemtic which has 3 buttons which have 3 coresponding lights. When 1 button is pressed 1 light turn on and stays on for a short delay (around 5seconds or so). The first button to be pressed is the only one that will work for that delay time, all other buttons when pressed will do nothing.
