RS 232 to TCP/IP

i am using a microcontroller and have one Asynchronous RS232 port, which generally connects to GSM/GPRS module. If you can let me know if there is some off the self product or chip set available, which can handle the asynchronous to TCP/IP conversion and vise-versa.I do not have additional memory and hope the required flash shall be taken care of in suggested component/ board.
