Rocker w/ Center push button

I'm having a hard time locating such a switch - momentary up and down with a push button in the middle - I've scoured dozens of pages on digikey and the like to no avail - perhaps this is a special type of switch that I don't know the correct terminology for, and as such am having a hard time locating?
If anybody has any ideas as to where I can find such a switch (or if it even exists), I would definitely appreciate it.
