Does anyone know a circuit of a frequentie counter that goes from 0-10MHz ?

Thanks for some nice links, kinjalgp. I was about to suggest the venerable 7216/7226 from Intersil, but the frequency counters in your links are more up to date. The Intersil chips are now obsolete, but may be available through some surplus channels. The only reason to use one of the old single-chip Intersil counters might be that no microcontroller programming is involved.
