BMS charger reset required

Hello and as a new forum participant I greet everyone warmly, :).

I use a simple container with two series-connected removable 18650 cells and a regular 2S BMS. After inserting the charged cells, I have to connect the charger for a moment so that the BMS starts working - something like a reset. Without this step, the BMS makes a short circuit on one cell and I have no voltage at the output. I would like help, what symbol or special name does a BMS have that will not require this short charger connection. Without this symbol, I do not know which BMS to buy. This is important to me, because in the situation described above, I cannot replace the cells when I am away from home. I use 18650 in the winter to warm my gloves on the bike and one set of cells is not enough for me.

Best Regards

You need a BMS with a feature that prevents it from locking out or requiring a charger connection after cell replacement. You need to look for Auto-Reset or Self-Recovery, no sleep mode, Low Voltage Activation Circuit,Low start voltage and Anti-Spark Feature.
