repairing aremote controller for receicer

i have aremote control for areceiver( technosat) .
the problem is as follows:
the receiver does not respond to this remote control in any way, but when pressing remote control the tv becomes noisy and the channel number icrements in anon stable manner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please help me to repair the remote controller .
note:
when i used an other remote,there are no problems.

Try cleaning it with contact cleaner. Universal remotes are bog cheap hardly worth fixing IMO.
