Removing microprocessor

How do I remove this processor? (Y1)

Y1 is a crystal.

If you mean what's under the black blobs (pictures are obviously not the same circuit board), you don't. It's a "chip on board" – a piece of silicon connected by tiny bond wires to the board. It's an IC minus the package.
 
I think the best approach to desolder an SMD microcontroller is to use a desoldering station. Weller is good. Here are some other recommendations too:
