That's two different chips on two different boards. Learn to solder and desolder.

Y1 is a crystal.

If you mean what's under the black blobs (pictures are obviously not the same circuit board), you don't. It's a "chip on board" – a piece of silicon connected by tiny bond wires to the board. It's an IC minus the package.
