quad up amp ??

Don't understand your question. Yes, there are quad opamps.
 
I dont think a quad opamp with a tri-state enable for each amplifier exists. That would be four pins per opamp (+,-,out, En) plus Vds and Vss for a total of 16+2 pins = 18 pins. Maybe in Surface Mount. Check National.com or TI.com.

Please use proper spelling, not txt speak.

The only solution is to could connect a quad op-amp to a CD4066, or similar, quad analogue switch.
 
LM358 and LM2904 - Low Power Dual Operational Amplifier use 2 of them.
