Your circuit has the inputs on the opamp backwards so that it has positive feedback instead of negative feedback.
The sim program knows that an opamp amplifier must never have its inverting input (pin 2) grounded.
Now the opamp will work but the resistor values are too low.
Your schematic is labelled "741 opamp" but shows an LM324 quad opamp that is completely different. Pin1 on a 741 is not its output and its power supply pins are different.
The circuit will work now but you should reduce the output from the generator so that the output of the opamp doesn't clip.
