Programming PIC24F

What's the cheapest programmer that works with the PIC24Fs with EEPROM listed on the Microchip website, specifically the PIC24F16KA102?

It looks like the cheapest programmer that Microchip sells is a $199 battery powered programmer (all the others are $600+). I was looking at the microEngineering Labs site, but they don't support the PIC24Fs with EEPROM. Thanks!

Gar - you're right - should have checked, but I didn't because it wasn't listed with the programmers on the PIC24F16KA102 page - thanks!
