problem with unanswered posts search

Hello,
When I tried using the "unanswered posts" quick search at the top, it also displayed several posts that had already been replied to, some of them more than once.

I think that this has been happening to me only since the most recent update, but I only picked up on it just recently. I am running Windows XP, and it happens on both Firefox and IE. anyone else having this problem?

I also get that so there does seem like there is a problem. I will look into this.
