I am trying to design a BLDC control circuit using mosfet 60N06 and IR2110 for gate driver.
i attached with my design schematic
the +DC voltage is 24VDC
no problem when I test the circuit with a small power motor (120w)
but with the higher power motor (250w) the circuit do not work, when power on the mosfet of one high side broken, thus the IR2110 correspondent to it
also broken in low side
the continuous drain current of the mosfet is 60A so i don't think the current of the motor can be broken it, an why the low side of IR2110 also broken
anyone can explain this phenomena?
thanks for your help!
