Problem Isis proteus

please, friend, I tried much time to get a good duty cycle under isis proteus, but no solutions. if someone has an idea please share it with me.you can find in my post the screenshot of my code and what I get when I simulate under isis proteus.

the reason why is cause of the pin 11 !
pin 11 is not a pwm pin for arduino uno. so you cant use analogWrite on it.
