You can't upload videos directly but you can do as Ian suggested - upload to YouTube (you can set it to "unlisted" if you don't want it to show publicly on your YouTube channel, and only people with the link can view it). Then use the Insert -> Media option in the editor here at ETO to embed the video into your post.
