The thread no longer works for me either. The schematic was downloaded around 2 weeks ago, will try to attach for you at a later date! The PM3200 I have is a series 4 and has a twin triode valve (tube) on the PCB. The schematic I have is a later version without the valve (tube).
You really saved me with this, geoff; very thank you, really.
my scope uses 12ax7 too, but it´s good (some kind of burnproof input)
I needed this to try to adjust those many trimpots inside.
If you (or anyone) needs some of:
-hf tranceivers
-switching power electronics,
here I am.
tks again/andrew
I think because of you I`ve founded "my balance" with that oscilloscope.
There`s a lot of work to do and translate, so: THANK YOU.
by this time I have no camera, so i'll send you a picture of this model later.
this comes with the battery unit, but only have pieces of it.
have you ever runned a calibration in your scope?
I think Sebi is working too!..
greetings/Andrew
Hi,
thanks for all the pictures posted... is it possible to have the entire manual?
I'm an italian boy and also I have an oscilloscope Philips PM3200: I found the service manual with schematics and calibration instructions, but it's in german language...
I can give you this manual if you want.
Bye
Thank you hotwaterwizard,
I found this manual too, but (language apart) it has the schematics for an other model of oscilloscope, the Philips PM 3200 X (10 MHz bandwidth)... My model is PM 3200, 15 MHz...
