pcb design help

I need help designing a pcb layout for a voltmeter schematic attached bellow.
I have tried using pcb 123 with little to no luck and have prior experience with making pcb boards with a already made layout.

What exactly do you want help with? Do you want help with your application or somebody to do the work for you? If it's the letter then are you willing to pay? We are willing to help but not do the work for nothing !

Caution!

That circuit has several severe flaws.

Pin14 is connected to VDD (VDD is pin1).

Pin8 (RC2) is shared with VSS (VSS is pin14)

yes i did notice the errors and thank you for again pointing them out so i dont forget, but i have tried using pcb123 as i stated... maybe some pointers would do the trick, simply what i am looking for.

I would suggest you try another layout program if you can't get used to PCB123
I use Spring Layout 5, other use Eagle PCB.

I tried Spring Layout but went back to using ExpressPCB, cant remember why.
