Password change

I attempted to change my existing password but using the forgottn password emailed to me it keeps coming back with existing password is incorrect.
WHY and how to correct??

Make sure SHIFT LOCK is not on, It's a common mistake.

First textarea is for your existing password, second and third are for your new password. When you click Save password, the top of the screen should say 'Your changes have been saved.'
