40khz parametric speaker driver is what im trying to do
had to scan the datasheet since i lost the link
currently troubleshooting tl494
the first photo is input from generic radio with 0.1uf additional coupling feeding input to protect from dc ( i accidentally sent 12v into my android, strange now the music wont playback from music player, but will play music from alarm clock and core processes!)
i have successfully have signal balanced with r1 and have feed going in, but look at output,AM I trying to amplitude modulate? and does this look like proper output that it is ready for pin2 of ir2111?

my guess is that sweep on scope is 500ns/div, so 40khz should be 200X wider, also this output happens without audio input connected..
maybe i' just need to change capacitance @ Ct, could it be noise or blown ic:)?

WOW just wow, so i found my problem(s) on the circuit and was able to get the tl494 working, it is outputting an fm signal, where the pulse width changes with the audio tune.

also from there i have had problem getting driver side of circuit going as well where i have been very careful to wire it properly on board where my transistors are on proper but when i connect j1 i am getting first small low volt pulses, then those pulses ramp up quickly within a few seconds i have to pull off j1 as it hits surge limit of 5amp supply.

found the original btw:

i have not yet hooked up transducer
so i have gotten this far where i have balanced r1 & r2 so there is nice input and good modulation on output of tl494, then in second photo, have nice output on ir2111 pin 6,
but when i connect j1 to 12v power i get strange things like HF noise, voltage ramping, over currents, and strange things iv never seen

how should i trouble shoot? i cannot find problems in wiring...

channel 2 is connected to IR2111 ch2 in both photos,
channel 1 is on tl494 pin4 in first photo; and on IR2111 pin 6 in second photo,
third photo i compare channels with IR2111 pin 4 & 7, pin 7 is consistent with pin2
