On surface jumpers from ones on markets

Anyone quite experienced in assembling surface jumpers from ones sold on markets or just point us which are quality ones, or even is used to make up his own smd jumper then assembling it ?

When I've needed this in the past I've just used solder pads on the PCB. I don't know of any SMD pads, do you have a link?
